Lens choice

Off to Waddington this weekend and need to cut down on gear im carrying so would you carry 2 lens or just the one, I will of course have my x 1.4 extender.
do i take both these 18-135mm STM for walkaround and 70-200mm f4L with extender or leave the 18-135mm at home and just use the L Lens with extender when required.

I need to get everything into one rucksack IE food, drinks, chair, camera till im there.

Also do i need to take the tripod or even mono pod as light looks to be very good.

I'd go for the one lens route (70 - 200 + extender) . The day is about enjoying yourself and not taking so much kit (forget the tripod/monopod) that you could use a Sherpa.
