Lens cleaning tissues and fluid (usually Isopropyl Alcohol based)
Soft brush
LensPen
Microfibre cloth (one supplied by a reputable optician is ideal)
Wet wipes
Rocket blower
Contact sensor cleaner of choice

I've covered sensor cleaning as well since I'm pretty sure your camera's sensor cleaning routine will only work on dry dust - anything sticky (pollen, oil etc) will stay stuck when the sensor's shaken to dislodge dust. The shake routine also works best when the body is held against a solid surface - in the hand the vibrations can be absorbed by the user reducing its effectiveness. My personal choice of sensor cleaner is a SensorKlear from LensPen. I treat them as a one shot cleaner for the sensor, after which the things get used for lenses, VFs, screens etc rather than run the risk of a piece of grit scratching the low pass filter.

Rocket blower - use this a lot and everthing else a little.
Microfibre cloth - get good quality ones.
Lenspen
Cleaning solution. 50/50 water and Propan-2-ol (isoPropyl alcohol) - available from Amazon.

Use the rocket blower to remove dust from the front and rear elements. Some do so every time they use a lens, I do it every few weeks - or if the lens looks as if it needs it.

If you have smeary stuff on the lens then try the Lenspen. Make sure you grind the tip into the cap before use.

If that don't work dampen the cloth with some of your ultra-cheap cleaning solution and give it a good rub.

For the camera body, a J-cloth dampened with warm water with a tough of washing-up liquid works well.

I can recommend the Lenspen also,
I was a bit hesitant at first to rub a big black pen on my front and rear elements but it cleans all light grease and dust superbly and is completely streak free. Ideal for out in the field when you dont want to mess with cleaning solutions.

in order of cleaning:
-blower to blow away dust on the surface.
-microfibre cloth to wipe away finger prints and grease (helped by breathing on the lens)
-if needed, lens pen on rear element

£1.6 for 10 tiny sized microfibre cloth on ebay works well for me. since I usually keep one in my pocket for quick wipe, and they often get lost.

for sensor cleaning, blower to blow away dust first. then I use sensor swab. but don't just do it when you see a dust spot, turn the camera off and on to trigger the sensor clean, sometimes the dust spot will just disappears.

cheers lads some shopping to be done then ;0)

Already have the rocket blower so

lenspen and microfibre clothes are ordered ;0) will have to pick up some cleaning solution for somewhere

cleaning solution for somewhere

Almost all specialist cleaning solutions are a mixture of water and Propan-2-ol. You can buy 250ml of propanol from Amazon for £7.34 - LINK. Mix that 1:1 with water (tap will do, distilled or Brita filtered is better) and you'll have enough cleaning fluid to last a lifetime - for less money than some places will charge for a tiny bottle of the same stuff.
