Lens adaptors for Nikon , zenit and Yashica

Dug out two of my cameras after many years and want to buy lens adapters so i can use my Nikon Ais lenses on them.
Bodys are Zenit 12xp M42 thread and Yashica FX 103.
Any suggestions for a supplier please.?.
