Here's a round-up of Nikon lens adapters for Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras including Nikon AF Smart Adapters, Nikon G and Nikon F manual focus adapters

plenty of dumb adapters
the commlite etc smart adapter may work slowly in AF with some lenses but generally a waste of space
A quick check on evil bay for auto focus adapters brings up options. I've no idea how good or bad they are. Hopefully good enough for static or even slow moving subjects.
Older Nikon Glass adapts very easily using a dumb adapter, of which there are loads listed on e-bay - all of which should work fine with most lenses.
There is the possibility of using a TechArt Pro on the A7iii (along with a LM-Nikon dumb adapter) o gain AF of even manual focus lenses.
Smart adapters (offering aperture control & AF) for modern lenses haven't been around as long as smart adapters for Canon EF, so are considerably more unpredictable.
I use K&F adapters on my Sony A7iii and everything is manual. Not Nikon lenses, but the principal is the same.
I’m quite happy with that in most situations - my main gripe is the lack of EXIF info. It just means that I have to be very methodical and manually record which lens I’m using and aperture setting (assuming that’s important and it isn’t always).
