Yes they will be at Focus.. Ah now you have said you have a 200 head in. The stock on on the way and due Friday via air freight with more on the way by ship, so that may also be why.

Just bear with them for a few days... As it sounds like the parts or replacement is on the way.
 
I don't know what trouble you're having, if the phone rings I answer it, but you haven't made it ring.

I did get an email from your boss, and I replied saying that there's nothing I can do until the stock arrives Friday/Monday, haven't had a reply to that.

In other words, I think I'm up to date with you - but if I'm not just ring me in the morning.
 
Got hold of Lencarta yesterday.Ta people.
we'd rang two or three times previously and phone went straight to answerphone. (signal?).
Got ya now and we know were getting a replacement, and stocks on its way.
Ta for the reply tho..
would have answered you sooner on here, but ive been Ill and in bed for a couple of days.
And i still heartily recommend Lencarta kit to anyone .
