Lencarta Studio Boom Arm

Hi Raf
Don't know much about the Lencarta one so wont comment on it, but I have recently purchased the Bessel boom stand or as they call it "incline arm stand" its first class takes a Bowens 500 with a 150cm softbox no problems, so doubt you'll have a problem with a beauty dish. It folds to the size of a normal light stand and is a few quid cheaper than the lencarta one ;-) http://www.bessel.co.uk/acatalog/Stands.html
Oh spose I should add im not connected to Bessel in anyway, just a satisfied customer

If you give Lencarta a call, they will be able to give you details. Their equipment is very good and so is their back up service if needed. If you buy too cheaply, the quality may not be there.

I've got the lencarta studio boom and it can take a 140x70 softbox at full extension with the flash head easily. Comes with a 4.5kg counter weight and I've not had a problem with it at all.

Likewise.

Yep, I bought that arm a few weeks back for my Bowens 500R and Octabox or Beauty dish, holds them no problems.
