Lencarta smartflash 200 vs Helios 200

I'm considering getting either a Lencarta smartflash 200 or Helios 200.

Seems to be lots of recommendations for lencarta on here but little information on the Helios.

It is going to be mainly used for taking pictures of my kids - I also have 3 speedlites that I will use as fill lights / kickers etc. This studio light will hence become my main light.

What are the pros / cons of the Helios vs the lencarta?

I'm thinking:
Build quality ( lencarta better)
Seemless adjustment (lencarta better)
Price (Helios better)
7 stops adjustment (Helios better)
Model light adjustable (helios better) - however helios doesnt seem to state power of modelling light

Is there anything I have missed?

I've not heard of the Helios, but Lencarta has a pretty solid reputation.
