Yes
Is anyone else having problems getting onto the Lencarta site at the moment?

Looks that way, had some issues with it this morning as well

*** update ***

Site is up, has been on and off all day (mainly on), while some pretty heavy duty structural updates been done in the background. Apologies for any inconveniences - no gain without some minor pain along the way

Best wishes and thanks for your patience

Richard King

Can't view products though.. Just tried the softboxes again and nothing happens...

EDIT

None of the products are working. Nothing happens when I click on them......

thanks for letting me know that - sorted - you may need to control F5 to get the right page

.. lets just say - changing from one SEF package to another is a total headache... And that's just one small step on the big map

you are welcome. one of the issues of having to work on a live site (yes we do stage stuff locally) is that weird stuff happens on the real web-server that doesn't happen locally. I cant check all the functions of a whole site every-time I make the slightest change. Thanks for letting me know - Appreciated

Off to find the really really big hammer

Id have had major site work done overnight when the likelyhood of losing potential customers was lessened...id also bin that bloody Joomla logo icon!

with the volume of works we are doing for Lencarta, that's unfortunately not an option - in the main many of he updates are done out of peak hours. Its odd you see a joomla icon, and not the lencarta one - I will look at that in the morning - Im seeing a shiny Lencarta icon here, its been there for years

deffo the joomla one here. I found that the joomla one came back after an update, which was annoying.

I will look at it in the morning... Updated plenty of joomla sites, with out the icon changing. From memory, the icon is in the template folder...

All good fun

deffo the joomla icon there Richard..sometimes the favicon is not in teh template folder, you might have a line of code in the index file pointing to it somewhere else, for example in one site ive built it redirects to the main site index
