Just been on to make an order and their online shop is out of action... anyone know how long this has been like it or if it is an ongoing issue???
 
The website has been moved to a new server (long story) and although most people are now able to view all of it, some people aren't yet.

I'm told that it can take up to 48 hours, but usually takes far less time.
Pressing Ctrl and F5 together will sometimes do the trick.

Meanwhile, there ain't a lot anything I can do other than apologise:(
 
I'm sure Garry will be along with an update, but I seem to remember him saying a while ago that they were planning to update their website, so maybe that's what's going on....

EDIT: See, he beat me to it!
 
Hi Garry, have tried from another comp and i can see everything however when i go to pay it just fails and sais malware or something simmilar...
i want to but

The techie guy is sorting out various issues. Meanwhile, just give me a ring and I'll take the payment manually.
