Been on the lookout for a set of these for a while - couldn't justify £800 of a set I won't use that often but I wanted a portable setup..
Collect them tomorrow morning - getting excited...
.

I have been after a set for a year due to the extra options they give. I'm looking forward to testing them.

I've had a safari set for a year now, got a standard head and the heavy duty head.

So far its been a real help at home and location, great power with reasonably light weight. For me the only tiny niggle has arisen recently the battery status LEDs appear to be useless. Mine has started to turn off when the 2nd LED is on, it takes a few hundred shots to get it there though :D

Well, as I said to you, send it off to our repair dept when you can spare it, we'll sort it out.

I'm going to give it another shoot or two to get a real idea of wether or not it's a problem. There's loads of warranty time left so no rush :D

It's a fantastic unit even if the led for the battery expects me to be a mind reader.

Aren't these getting replaced soon? I'm sure I saw something about a smaller, better kit on its way.
