Could anyone who has one of these kits please tell me if their charger flashes red and green whilst charging?

For the first time since i have owned the unit, less than a year it has lost its charge and will not switch on.

I have had it charging for over 3 hours and still nothing. Odd as it has little use
 
Ignoring the usual nonsense from POAH, the best thing to do in this situation is to contact customer service - me in other words...

Please email me with your details and I'll sort it out, support (@) lencarta.com

If the charger is faulty you'll get a free replacement. if the battery is faulty it can probably be rejuvenated FOC
