I've been telling everyone that our next delivery was due on the 7th Jan - and so it was... but it still hasn't arrived.

The containers are all sitting prettily in HM Customs shed, waiting for HM Customs officers to do their stuff - which isn't happening because HM Customs are unable to do their stuff because of all the white stuff on the ground;)

Not sure what that smiley's about, because although HM Customs can't clear our goods for delivery to the warehouse and can't even tell us when they can do it because they don't know when the snow will go away, what they do know though is that we must pay their daily storage charge on the containers that we don't want to be there:'(

So, to summarise - sorry, the delivery is late because it's stuck in customs. We should have it soon, and when we do they'll be some brand new items on the website
 
lol, typical, so you have to pay storage charges because there staff have decided they fancy a couple of extra days in bed... when its actually there fault that you stock is sitting in a container. - I can see that logic.... :thinking:

I don't think they realise how important my snoot really is! :naughty::wave:

p.s I bet they are not out trying to move the snow that is "stopping" them :D

And a lot of other stuff, followed by another delivery arriving 2 weeks later

any chance of a sneak preview of these 'new' items you will be getting in so I can start freeing up some cash? :D

No - but you can get a Lencarta SmartFlash kit for free if you try hard enough;)
Lencarta has donated one to TP as a competition prize...

While your here Gary, do the EP's Auto Dump?? just curious! as im thinking of getting some in the near future..

I know what you mean though, I never enter anything because I never expect to win anything.
Many years ago though my then employers entered one of my advertising shots in a very prestigious competition for advertising shots and I won 3rd prize...
The irony was that the campaign my shot was taken for was a complete flop. And another winner, the famous 'You're never alone with a Strand' ciggie advert, also flopped:'(

But I'm sure that whoever wins the Lencarta kit will be a worthy winner:lol:
 
i shall have a look for it, and i may just have a punt! Nothing ventured eh..
 
Update:
All of the stock is now sitting prettily on the warehouse shelves and backorders should all go out tomorrow.

The website has now been updated with the new stock, so most of those horrible 'Notify' me buttons have disappeared:)

There are some brand new products too, they will be going on the website soon

And there are some more containers arriving next week:)

My personal apology to everyone who has been waiting for this stock to arrive.
 
hi Gary, my ringflash came today and safari 600 well impressed cant wait to use it .i will put some photos on when i do!!!!:thumbs::thumbs: if i can find out how to upload them .once again thanks for the promp delivery.

Well, all of the new items are ridiculously cheap so you won't have to keep to your new year resolutions to afford them:)
A new standard reflector that works with umbrellas too, making only one reflector necessary
4 new honeycombs, ranging from 10 - 40 degrees that will fit into Elinchrom, Bowens etc reflectors as well as Lencarta
2 new beauty dishes (both 40cm and 70cm) in warm white colour with a matt finish

And all of our specialised lighting stands, background reflectors, snoots etc are back in stock:)
But we've now sold out of our Safari ringflash kits again:'(
