I bought a softbox with lights (continuous light, not flash) from Lencarta recently. When it arrived - really fast delivery by the way! - One of the lightbulbs didn't work, and while the other one worked it was loose between the light tubes and the base, and they both made a rattling noise when moved. I've never had equipment like this before so wasn't sure if the one bulb working would last very long. I emailed customer service and Garry got back to me almost instantly (and I think it was a Friday or Saturday night!) to say the bulbs should not be like that and that he'd send me new ones. I didn't even need to return the faulty ones! I received the new bulbs today and will test them this evening.
I realised yesterday that Garry is on TP, so I thought it fitting to put my feedback here.
