Leica UK help!

Has Leica UK gone down? I’ve been trying to reach them for over 2.5 weeks now via email and phone to the Mayfair store (due to a repair to my V lux one, they cleaned the sensor, but they ended up doing something to the flash, which now doesn’t work)

Just bizarre as I’ve called, and when choosing customer care, eventually goes to a voice box, and I tried going direct to the store, and again, goes to the voice box. Emails are being left unanswered too... its very peculiar! Anyone in the area that can suggest help?
