But you dont really discuss why you think they are bad? you just say they have limited views - I can think of a few reasons why many dont get views (boring subject, too busy, poor crops etc) but then for me some of those shots would have stayed in LR and nothing more.

but your correct, its all a learning process, and by continually practicing we can only improve and maybe one day look at old photos and correct them so that they are appreciated.
 
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder as is art of all types. The worst critic is your self the next is another photographer who thinks he's better than you. I always look at my old captures. I've never thrown away a photo of mine I use them to better myself That's how we learn from our mistakes.
 
Limited views isn't something you can go on anyway to judge how good a photograph is, as the content usually dictates how many views it gets anyway. If you took a landscape photo and tagged "breasts" in it, I can safely say that the amount of views you get on that would be vastly higher than if you left that keyword out...

Due to that, its all subjective, as there are too many factors to consider, exposure to the public and content being the biggest two, over-riding factors such as artistic merit, composition etc.

To use a further example, stock photos are often amazingly boring, yet get thousands more views than even your best artistic work ever would, simply because theres a real need for the former and a very opinionated view of the other lol.
