LCD Screen Protection - Nikon D3000

Evening,

I have recently bought a D3000 and wish to protect the screen from scratches and the wax from my barnet... Scouting around on ebay I have found 3 options:

Any opinions and guidance is much appreciated.

I would recommend option 2. I have a GGS one on another body and it was an easy and accurate fit.
I find the thin film ones difficult to apply without trapping some bubbles at least, but maybe that's just me.

Is the screen the same on the D5000 as it is on the D3000? I would be interested in doing something similar if it is, but I had a look on the sellers pages and they dont list a D5000 version.
