Lastolite Hilite background

Hi guys, tempted by one of these even though they seem a bit pricey as high key stuff seems to be all the rage at the mo. Anyone got or used one of these and anyone know of a supplier selling them at a good price?

I have the 7x5 HiLite which I've been using for a couple of months now. Really good piece of kit which gives great high key images. I've used both Elinchrom BX400's and Nikon SB800's to light it and a combination of the two. Very good where space is limited. Bit fiddly to fold up until you get the hang of it, then it's dead easy.

Bought mine from Warehouse Express as they had it in stock when I wanted it and at what I thought was a reasonable price.

I have the 6x7ft version, also bought from WHE. I really like it, very easy to put up and down when you have got the hang of it. I use one 160w Elemental strobe firing into the Hilite.

I've also got the vinyl train and black bottle top cover add on's - both worth a look too.
