When packing up after a trip out to shoot a load of portraits for a website. the zip fell apart on my HiLite carry bag.
I emailed Lastolite to enquire as to how I could order a replacement, to be told " supply your address and we will post one out".
24 hours later packaage arrives with new bag with £4.90 worth of stamps on which it cost them to post.
