I have a wide format printer that'll do up to 24" width, but my mate has the 44" version. Feel free to let me know your requirements including quantities and I will give you a price.

Will do, bud. It's looking like they're going to go for foam board as they want 6 large prints and I can't see them keeping it in their budget of 600-800 otherwise.

I can spray mount on to foamboard, I think I probably have enough foamboard in stock actually.

I have used the 3M Permanent one before but it's expensive, I am currently trialling one from Hobbycraft that costs less.

There are other ways too that are much cheaper but you wouldn't believe it if I told you
