kood heads...any good?

Hi Folks,
Going by max weight capability, Kood ball heads must be the cheapest in the market. Does anyone use this brand and how do they shape up against the more commonly mentioned brands?

I have no experience of them myself, but they look incredibly similar to Giottos heads.
