Hi all. Is anyone on here familiar with the mechanics of the Konica ii please? The lens mounted shutter release works but the top cover mounted shutter button does not. The film advance knob is also not turning. I know that the top shutter release will not fire unless the film advance knob is fully advanced.
I have taken the top cover off, cleaned the mechanism with naptha, added a tiny drop of watchmakers oil but still the knob will not advance.
I have also tried to use self timer mechanism on bulb in case this had jammed the mechanism.
Any suggestions regarding what would release the mechanism would be greatly appreciated.
