kodak pcd to jpeg conversion

Does any one know of free software to convert Kodak PCD files to JPEG or how to convert within Photoshop CS3 running on Vista

Try Graphic Converter, or Ifranview. You may even find Xnview will open and convert. I don't have any PCD files to hand so can't try any of the above suggestions.

I don't think the PCD plug in is available any more for Photoshop CS4 or CS3.
