Also, such accuracy and artistic flare reminds me of the type of artworks by those 'savants' on the autistic spectrum.
 
Yes it is Paris Dakar.

He was not autistic but was obsessed with drawing from the age of four. He worked very hard at studying it and drew constantly.

As one commentator said, for him, drawing is breathing.
