Hi Guys any members in Edinburgh area on Sunday 19th a few of the Talk Photography guys and I are meeting up at the Hawes Inn under the Forth Rail Bridge at 2pm for a blether and to take some photos of the bridges. I am buying the first pint in the Inn too. Not planning a big meeting as this is last minute. Ian.
 
I am travelling home from USA today so if anyone doesn't get an instant reply you know why. Regards Ian.

Would love to but can't make this weekend, had it been next week I would have done as I'm up at my mum and dads. :(

It's a bit far to travel , I haven't been 'Home' for a couple of years :(. Have a pint for me and here's a shot I prepared earlier :)

Good to see you back home for a while Ian, When you have drunk Scotland dry you can head south and share our Yorkshire beer..:thumbs:

Damn, I would come if I was anywhere near. Love taking shots of them bridges :) - I have never managed to get a shot I am actually that happy with though :(
(seeing as someone else posted a pic, and I am looking at mine of the bridge now, I am going to post a couple)

My shot of the bridge was taken from my bedroom in the Inn just to the right of the Niche gallery in 2004 :). Good beer then just a stagger upstairs for a nice moonlit view of the bridge

Shame I'm not anywhere near. However, I'll raise a cuppa tea for you, on the condition someone who goes has a :beer: for me :)
