Kent Police exceeded powers in too tall photographer case

Since when was 5 foot 11" tall? It's about average...
 
At 6' 3", I too get "Noticed" my record is four times in one day in London

NONE were Police - They were all "Security" - They are told what to do by their employers and they do it (Just obeying orders) :shake:

I have even "Educated" a few of them :rules: and sent them on their way to harrass someone else :wave:
 
according to wiki average hieght in UK is 5'10",
just another case of misinformed il-trained people in a position of power.
 
..It remains unclear, both from from his own account and from subsequent police explanations, exactly why he was arrested – although he did note at the time that the WPC stated she had felt threatened by his size - 5' 11" and about 12 stone - and implied that she found it intimidating.

If she's intimidated by someone's height, why the hell is she a WPC?
She'd probably faint if she saw a knife!
