Yes
I've just this minute decided to take an afternoon/evening trip after work tomorrow to either one of these locations in the hope to catch something interesting. Anyone got any preferences as to which one would be better and why? Thought it would be interesting to here verdicts as well as to help me decide which one to go to.

EDIT: Title is meant to read Ogmore!

No takers?

Sorry to jump into thread. Could you advise where the Kenfig Reserve is, in relation to Pyle industrial estate as I used to work there and not too familiar with the area. I go to Ogmore often and it's a nice location.

Not sure about pyle industrial estate, but its up the road (north) from Pyle and Kenfig golf club.

If it were me, it would be Ogmore, from the carpark walk East and maybe get lucky with the choughs then back toward the carpark and up the river for waders and ducks, but afternoon/evenings there will usually be busy. Kenfig would be my first choice come winter for bittern, kingfisher and otter.

Why not give forest farm a try just down by asda in coryton kingfishers (normaly in first hide) bittern then you have the weir where salmon are now a new hide over by the wardens office gsw come there regular and autumn colours there now are stunning .

Hi. Forest Farm is my usually hunting grounds, but I just fancied somewhere a bit different. If you're ever going down Forest Farm, I'd be more than happy to meet. Always looking to meet new photography buddys.
