Placed an internet order last week 11/4 with Karlu Photographic, website stated items were in stock, payment made, email received stating I would be informed of shipping.
Realised this morning that I hadn't heard anything so telephoned to enquire as to the whereabouts of my bits, was informed they were waiting on stock and wasn't expecting any until next week. No notification was sent out to inform me of any stock non-availability. :bang:
This sort of poor service really winds me up, an email informing me of such would have given me the option of buying elsewhere if required urgently or at least saving me having to phone up to enquire as to the status of my order.
Still, another company to add to my growing blacklist of internet retailers :thumbsdown:
