That looks like the Neewer copy of the Wimberly that were sold by Amazon. I had one and it was pretty good for the money. :)

If it is the same, it will benefit from a change of grease - there are YT videos showing how. (y)

Wife delighted. (Note to self, do not press ‘buy it now‘ button whilst beloved is peering over shoulder…..it might sting a bit).
 
I bough the Neewer version- removed the rubbish grease and inserted my own- works like a dream now

Hope you have no issues with yours Mike- If you do its a simple job to re-grease.

Gimbal arrived here in downtown Maidstone, this afternoon.
Eight days - from China - pretty good.
Seems to function as expected.
