Thanks for having me.

I've been into photography since the 60s. 20-odd years ago I became editor of a car club magazine for four years and started taking photographs for publication and illustrating articles. I've since started running a couple of websites, both heavy with images and video. I'm in my dotage, but my knees and back seem older so I've gone with micro four-thirds to lower the weight. Looking forward to learning and, if I'm good enough, contributing.

Welcome to TP and we hope to see your images and written contributions in due course. Many here grew up with film cameras and then moved to digital, as well as those who have been steeped in digital and lately found film a bit of fun. We have all sorts here!

I'm a little late to the party, but welcome to TP. There's quite a few moved to M43 for weight saving because they aren't as young as they once were. TBH while I've not got to that stage yet, I miss the days when I could carry both medium format and 35mm outfits at the same time.

Thanks. There's a lot more I miss through getting old than the ability to carry stuff. I remember a time when I used to say, 'the best invention since sliced bread'. Now it's more like the best invention since extended shoehorns.
