I've been setting up a new computer just for the web (the one I'm on is getting past it) I've had fun and games getting photo software for it see other thread, but thats all sorted now.
Next problem new computer desk doesnt have any screws, FFS! and I cant bodge it, the frames metal and some of it's threaded. "Er indoors" says just drill them out and use some old bolts. But the monitors is a heavy lump and expensive, I dont fancy it all falling over next time I sneeze.
So to set it up I bung the monitor on another pc desk and use the mouse on my lap.
That works, I then replace the monotor on the floor to use the PC who lives there for a wedding edit. Ok now what?
For some reason Lightroom will now only let me select one image at a time, no holding down a key and clicking along the filmstrip.
I try everything, even check everything plugged in properly...... Then it's DOHHHH! I've got two keyboards, one that lives there and the one for the new PC. Guess which one I've been pressing keys on! Dohhh!
