Well, if you convert the price then to today's equivalent. :)

It needs a complete going over, shutter, focus mechanism, clean etc, but it will be nice.

Will be starting repairs today, but doubt if I will finish before the weekend (too far behind on other things due to weather)
 
Had to finish it today, the shutter delay doesn't come out as a unit, it comes out in bits and pieces! The bottom plate of the assembly is the shutter housing.

The days I could take one to pieces and put it back together in a couple of weeks time are long gone.

Any way, the shutter works on all speeds now, focus is smooth and accurate, lenses all clean and no marks, viewfinder mirror, lens and screen is clean with no specks now, film rollers are clean and free.
Just to test and put the trim back on the front panel.

Well, it took a long time.
Got a film back today, expired by about 20 years (found it in an old Ensign Ful Vue I bought, half used), but very happy with the camera performance
