Ok, so will said lens mess with the CL's light sensor anyone?
 
That's the one where the rear element sticks out a scary distance isn't it Arthur?

I was thinking of getting one for the FED-3, but I reckoned the rear element would scrape on the fabric paint holding the shutter curtain together :lol:

Yes, it's the 35/2.8 -- the rear element is totally exposed and it goes very deep into the camera body.

I don't have a CL but I'd guess it would restrict metering.
 
It is designed for the FEDs so should be OK, I have one for the Kiev and it's OK on that.
