Jump back to Lightroom after processed in Photoshop

I've been basically using Lightroom as a quick edit on my photos, then if any major stuff needs doing opening in Photoshop

Is there then a way to close the Photoshop file and bring back in Lightroom, or do you have Save As.. then reopen again Lightroom?

Should be automatic.

e.g.

Select image in LR
Right click, edit in CS4
Give you options of Original, Copy, Copy with LR Edits
Opens in CS4 - Edit away
Finish editing, and save changes.
Switch back to LR and you'll see either the original updated, or the newly created copy with your changes.

You should find the edit stacked with the original, but sometimes it finds it's way to the end of the filmstrip.

As far as I know, this is default behaviour. If it's not doing this I've no idea what you've changed!
 
This is default, and I'm pretty sure you can't change it. You don't need to save as, just "save" and it'll be save as "originalimage_edit" if you are working on a copy. This shouldn't get stacked with the original unless you change the preferences.
