And very much the same to you and all the F&C crowd, although I'm more expecting santa to bring funds to spend on film goodies, rather than the goodies themselves.Wishing you all a festive season full of joy and fun and for your Christmas stockings to be bursting at the seams with film related goodies.![]()

As it’s a new format to you and a completely different process , you could maybe find the time to mount it on a tripod and get used to different stages required to actually expose a sheet of film as well as obtaining some basic understanding of how the movements work and what they can offer.Merry Christmas everyone!
I got an early pressie today when Royal Mail finaly delivered my 4x5 camera that they've had in their clutches for three weeks! I don't have time to do much with it until after the festivities, but it's now here and waiting at least.![]()

That way you’ll be on a win win situation when you get out in the field

Just AAMOI if you want to go out for dinner on xmas day......Our toby carvery was very good in that staff were friendly and helpful with good Christmas atmosphere, the carvery was the same as in an ordinary week for about £8.99. What was different were the starters (I had prawns with salad with a roll and butter) and afters mixed fruit crumble with separate bowl with custard, and also included were bottles of water with glasses with ice and lemon....all included in the price. Anyway we were all full up and happyChristmas day can be extra expensive ......when I told my grandchildren I'll take them up to the Toby carvery on Christmas day, well the only booking was at 11:30 and had to pay £251 in advance and drinks would be extra for four people, oh well a promise is a promise..........the food better be good.
Glad you enjoyed it Bri……..If not, it would have been a rather costly dissapointment.Just AAMOI if you want to go out for dinner on xmas day......Our toby carvery was very good in that staff were friendly and helpful with good Christmas atmosphere, the carvery was the same as in an ordinary week for about £8.99. Ideal! On the other hand, I said to my wife that, in future, we can work the children so we get a free Christmas lunch each year and don't have to raise a finger.Just AAMOI if you want to go out for dinner on xmas day......Our toby carvery was very good in that staff were friendly and helpful with good Christmas atmosphere, the carvery was the same as in an ordinary week for about £8.99. Sounds like a wonderful alternative to Christmas dinner at home. I'm a prawn cocktail enthusiast myself. Was there beer?
as soon as I read that, I began counting the scars, stitches and metal plates I've accumulated after stating that - usually followed by "hold my beer"...I mean, how hard can it be?![]()
