Hi Guys just wondering if anyone has ever done this, I have 1 LensTrekker 600AW and I am thinking of buying another and joining the 2, I have a spare Shoulder strap harness as the one on my current bag suffered from degradation so LowePro sent me a new one. My idea is this, buy the second bag and fix them together using the webbing on the sides cut my old shoulder strap harness straight down the middle and put one half in the left hand bag and the other in the right hand bag, the waist strap could be folded around the bottom of each bag and secured behind or even cut of (but this would be a bit extreme).:nono:

I'm a big bloke so now problems with the width, the reason I ask is I want to be able to carry my 500mm f4 and 300mm f2.8 with me at the same time and have both protected, currently I use 1 LensTrekker with a lens in and the other lens is on a wrist strap or tripod ready for action:thumbs:

I have looked at other bags including Kinesis but have not found a solution yet, some have recommended a large ruksack well I have one of them but I'm not happy with the level of protection offered.:shrug:

Any ideas? :clap::thumbs:

I have a kinesis long lens bag, and have attached a kinesis lens pouch to the side of it, so i can carry the 600 F4 and 300 2.8 at the same time. Also have a smaller lens pouch on the other side that will take a 70-200 or 100-400 and the spare body sits in the body pouch. Can try and take a pic if interested?

Kinesis also do a back pack board to carry 2 large lens cases

My current LensTrekker has 2 side pods from another Lowepro bag, I use these for my extenders and a 200mm f2.8, I also carry a cam net, bino's, a log saw and priest etc pretty much everything you would ever need travels with me, I'm happy with weight, just load me up and point me in the direction were goind I'll get there as quick as anyone else and without bitching and moaning about it:nono::thumbs:

My buddy has the Kinesis so I am familiar with it, many thanks for the offer:thumbs:

I knew I'd seen it somewhere but I could'nt find it even after an extensive trawl of the net, well done:clap: looks like it may be of interest but I may just go with my idea as the Kinesis looks abit clumsy:shrug::thumbs:
