Jessops taking the.......

I'm not sure that I'd be bothered that it *may* not be Jessops fault. It was a service they offered, the OP paid a premium for the service. It may not be enough to request a hanging, but I'd certainly explain the issue to Jessops and expect them to return my postage in full.

I think that's the point entirely, Jessops offered a service which they failed to deliver (sorry about the pun). This is one reason why I really dislike ordering stuff over the web when I'm in a hurry.

I ordered a Hahnel 433 pro remote and spare battery from Warehouse Express by phone just after 4pm. Friday afternoon, and the post man knock me up at 7.50 Saturday morning, I make that just under 15 hours...well done W-Express and the Royal Mail:clap::clap::clap:

I think I have worked out what the 6 quid is for........................................

Packaging overkill

Well, you wouldn't want the rubber eyepiece getting damaged in transit, now would you! Maybe Mr. SW could do with learning a few packaging tips from Jessops.
