im looking at buying one of the jessops flashguns for the meantime whilst saving up to buy a speedlite.
what do i need to buy to make it wireless and can anybody link me to the product in question on ebay or something?

I would take a look at FLASHINTHEPAN's thread. He has some better flashes for a really good price plus can supply triggers etc.

There are all sorts of ways of doing it, but I'm guessing the cheapest, easiest and most reliable way for you is going to be a Yongnuo RF-602 trigger/receiver set, for £28 from Flash In The Pan on here http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=157807

Exposure control is full manual only. E-TTL auto options are well into three figures.
 
One of his TTL ones might be even better :)
