Very sorry to read that, she was a tireless pioneer for conservation, working right until the end!

Yes, sad news.....though she had, within certain circles, wide acclaim I was always under the impression that she flew under the radar, so to speak.

She will long be a reminder that we are but one one species of many on planet Earth and that we ignore/forget that at our peril!
