These are excellent Phil, especially the first one. A bit of shadow under the horses hoofs wouldn't go amiss to blend them in a little I had a go at this technique a while ago but couldn't find a tutorial that was very useful I'd really appreciate a copy of that Word doc if you wouldn't mind - PM sent

What Software do you use to get that effect?

Jigga - I use Photoshop 7, I'm fairly sure that equivalent software should allow the same effect. It's not really the software "doing" the effect, more making use of the functions of the software itself.
