I have recently started framing work that I love, one that I bought (right), one that I took (left). iPhone for size.

Mine is printed on 300gsm museum quality fine art print. Both mounted bespoke with MIROGARD glass.

Anyway, it feels really good that I finally have something of mine framed !!! Strange that all the photos I've taken, I seldom print them, I should do this more often!

What a difference a frame makes.

Nice to see that people are framing their photos and using quality paper and the perfect glass (bloody expensive but worth the investment).

You are telling me! Cost an small fortune!

The framer's store has this little case on the wall. In the case are 3 CDs silver side showing. And in front of each CD is a piece of glass.

Normal/Mirogard/slight matt

I have been in there about a dozen times in the last year and all that time, right up until last week I thought the Mirogard glass one was shattered (never got replaced) and there wasn't a piece of glass there! It is THAT transparent.

We have some in stock but so far not managed to sell any yet, just dreading someone coming in and ordering two pieces that need cutting, talk about shaking hands! :-0

I guess for most people they can't tell the difference as they are used to the normal glass, plus unless you have them side by side, it is difficult to see the comparison. For me, I only frame what I love so it's rare and when I do, no expense is spared.

I mean if you are going to do it, do it right, right?

Lovely photographs Raymond.

It's great to have your images framed and kept. Only today I have had 11 frames of some of the models I have photographed to hang in my redecorated office/studio and I am very pleased with the variety of frames, but only normal glass I'm afraid!
but please excuse the quality as it was just taken with my mobile

Never heard of that glass. I'll have a read for whenever I next frame something.

Two things.

1) Your TV needs a clean.

2) I love that photo you took of the two beautiful ladies.

It certainly does look amazing, well done! I do love that photograph, the autumn colours are beautiful.
