ISO settigns on a 1D MKIII wont go lower than 200

OK people,

I have got my 1D MkIII and now waiting for the manual to arrive (dont ask), and have been playing around with it.
Problem is, i cant get the ISO to lower than 200 or higher than 3200.
I have gone into C. FN I : Exposure #3 and changed it so i have enabled high and low ISO, but this doesnt help.

What setting am i missing as i cant find it

You probably have it on highlight tone priority, which prevents the camera from using a lower ISO
