Beginner ISO Auto Or Manual.

No Auto ISO on the D90 in manual modes. So will have to get used to setting it correctly.:help:

Personally I have only shot manual for years. I like to be in control, and once you get the hang of it, exposing correctly is pretty quick. Its amazing the times you pick up the camera and think to yourself "ISO200, 1/250 and f4" and its bang on! Like anything, initially its confusing, slower and you will mess up shots, but stick with it!

For me, I shoot fixed ISO and push if required. I think it comes from having older bodies that arnt that great at higher ISO;s so prefer to set it myself.

Is there not? I think you can! I used to set mine with auto ISO and min shutter speed for weddings [emoji141]

I thought so

Ah right, so say i set my ISO to 200 for a shot if i set ISO Auto sensitivity to say 3200 the camera will detect when the light is getting darker and adjust accordingly?

Depending on the situation I sometimes use auto iso. but try to use manual when I can.
With the d750 I suppose I don't have to worry as much as other bodies about pushing it past 3200
