Is this saveable?

Hi I havent touched this yet but was wondering if it is saveable. It was taken with a Digi cam and not my D40 and also its through glass indoors.

So can I save it and how?

Its a little difficult to tell from the file you have uploaded but I would try a contrast mask and see if that helps. I think you would need to adjust the opacity of the contrast layer to get the best results:shrug:

Have had a look at it in both Photoshop and Lightroom. There is hardly ( almost none) any detail in the animal. Trying to improve it only shows bad pixalation and no detail increase. Also there is movement on the subject as well so it doesn't look sharp
