I've taken a couple of shots of a very common ( in our garden) Butterfly trying t I'd it the nearest I can come up with is a Red Admiral am I right ? I had thought with my very limited knowledge that these were super rare !

Sorry not the best shots , taken at arms length above my head with an extremely beaten up shoulder and a Nikon Point and shoot.
