Is it worth keeping

Now I have my 400D I have little use for my old Fuji S5000. It has served me well for the last 3 or 4 years but i am not sure if its worth keeping or not. More to the point, is it worth selling I cant imagine the 2nd hand value to be much at all

I would say that because of the 2nd hand retail value, it's prob worth more to you as a back up?
