I bought a backdrop and stand, told next day delivery and it never turned up - really gutted as I need it Wednesday afternoon :(

Called Karlu at 16.45, they said they'd check their PC and call me back, needless to say they didn't.

However, they were more than happy to take £150 off me! :nono::bat:
 
Karlu....it took them 3 weeks to ship an item to me and when it finally turned up, it was secondhand. It took me another 2 weeks to get them to replace it and they blamed everyone else for the problems
 
flash - I whole heartedly agree with you

called them up and asked what was going on, they told me that they emailled me saying it was out of stock....funny that...I never gave them an email address...

Spent past 2 hours looking for an alternative and called off the shoot today (I'm not well enough today anyway TBH) then went to warehouse express or whatever they're called, same item, about £50 cheaper, will be with me tomorrow (hopefully).

Suppose the moral of the story is stick with what you know, LOL

So, since I saved £50, I'm now looking for a somewhat novelty background, maybe a garden theme or something...but definately in no rush lol
