Is it only my brain that works like this?

I've been doing this more and more lately. Most times I go in the fridge to get the 2 litre bottle of milk out my brain must tell my muscles that it's full, as when it's almost empty and I grab it, my arm shoots up in the air. I've asked other people if it ever happens to them and they look at me like I'm strange. Surely it can't only be me???

We always have a 2l container of milk in the fridge, I must take it out at least 5/6 times a day and have been doing so for years.

I don’t think I’ve ever done that though!

Do this all the time. Also at work we have just installed a door closer on the inner door, causing extra effort to open it. The amount if times I've gone through it then almost thrown the outer door across the yard because I'd applied the same force....

At my age I go to the fridge open it and forget what I went there for :p

I did find a bag of frozen peas in the washing machine once. The washing machine is nowhere near the freezer.
 I think you are winning :D

You're not alone!! Worst is getting all the way upstairs and forgetting what you went up for, nothing for it but back down and up again you go!!! Ah well, I suppose it's exercise!! ;)

I think I've put this on a previous post, but I once needed something out of my shed. It was lashing down with rain but it was urgent so I got my coat and umbrella out and headed for the shed, when I got there I went blank and hadn't got a clue what I was doing there, I made my way back to the house until I remembered, but never did.
