Strangest thing...

My hubby brought this great big Galaxy Easter egg home from his parents this morning. Well I don't like Galaxy chocolate (:|) so I was a little peed at this, since it's the only egg we have.... fast forward to 30 mins ago...

Hubby has gone to Kings Lynn to pick something up for his laptop, so I'm all alone in the house. I went to get a glass of water, but tripped up and fell over some invisible object lying around (:suspect:), I fell face first into the Galaxy Easter egg and the box burst open, all the contents went flying everywhere, the egg itself crumbled under my mouth and the foil tore open. Next thing I knew I was swallowing large chunks off Galaxy egg so I could breath :| No matter how hard I tried I couldn't breathe until the entire egg was gone :'( it was sooooo scary!

:'( :'(

I hope the hubby gets really mad at the invisible object that tripped me up... takes one look at how sick the egg has made me feel and gives me a big hug :|

It's a believable tale right? :help: I'm a bad bad girl....

It's OK, I'm sure he will believe me... he knows how much I hate Galaxy chocolate :embarrassed:

Sure he'll believe you! Good luck tell us how it goes.

 He just got home and I showed him this thread. He stood behind me reading it, not realising I was the author  Until he saw the screwed up foil lying at the side of my keyboard....

My bum hurts  (:naughty:)

I was going to avoid easter eggs this year...but then my dad turns up with some stupidly huge malteser egg :( ah well!

Beautifully told story, made me laugh lots

Our boss gave us eggs a week ago and i had the same problem! along with a lot of the peeps i work with, really not sure where those trip hazards come from this time of year!

It's definately not bad luck to eat Easter Eggs before Easter Sunday - it's always good to practice before the event! My cat ate mine:'( She and it (a large Cadbury's Creme Egg type one) were on my lap and I was watching telly. I looked down, all that was left was cardboard and tin foil! I'm gonna trade her in for a goldfish :suspect:

If that was the only egg you had between you then that means he didn't get you one!!
Serves him right if you ask me

I need to give you a big kiss  He read your reply and went out and got me a great big Cadbury's (my all time fav choc) one this morning from the Co-op... though I am shocked they still had some! Anyway, thanks hon

Happy Easter everyone :woot:

So it turned out to be Good Luck after all...

Chocolate and a Spanking - some folks have to pay for that sort of thing...
