Is Google acting weird for anyone else this afternoon?

I've tried to Google a couple of things but get a box telling me I need to "take a moment to review" etc. but when I click the "NEXT" button, the box whites out and the page hangs.


Seems to be back to normal now.

google do this every so often as part of its data protection laws.
you can be asked to agree to a few things relating to the storing of search data etc.
 
If you follow some of the links there is a plug in you can download from google which disable some data tracking and stuff.
its hidden in the more section.

not sure it works though.
 
I've dealt with the box on other machines with no problems but on Wednesday afternoon, clicking the NEXT button just hanged the programme indefinitely. Eventually worked as expected and all seems well.
