IPTC - Do you bother?

Do you add IPTC info to all your shots?

I'm going to go through all my shots and at least add copyright, owner, credit, photographer and country details to all my shots.

Then I'm going to start the arduous task of keywords etc.

Which leads me onto the question.

Do you bother with IPTC info, if so, is it just for certain versions (IE only those submitted to image libraries etc), or all of them? EG web sized versions shared on forums and flickr etc.
Also, which information do you put in? How far do you go?

The bit I'm discussing is the IPTC's metadata, which is basically standardised information fields used to describe a photograph.
